1943〜2008 Born in Okinawa. Architect. Graduated from Nagoya Institute of Technology and established Takumi Sekkei in 1972. Yuntanzagama, which he built with potters in Yomitan Yachimun-no-Sato, won the 25-year award of the Japan Institute of Architects in 2011.
